Puglisi pasta in Austria representing high quality sicilian pasta

We are pleased to announce the presence of Puglisi pasta makers at the Vienna workshop, organized for 14 - 17 May 2007, by the Fenapi Association, together with the Sicilian Region. This event is of great importance for the historic Sicilian pasta makers. The company has recently re-launched its international policy, identifying the overseas market as a key factor in the development of the company. A genuine, totally Made in Sicily product, which we are proud of. Thanks to an exclusive agreement with Molini Gazzi, long-standing, traditional flour producers from Messina, Puglisi is guaranteed the best Sicilian durum wheat for its pasta. In the company plan, targeted decidedly towards new market niches, Austria, in particular, offers Puglisi Pasta an important opportunity to launch its high quality product line. Puglisi, under new management, will be present at this important workshop as market leader of Sicilian pasta makers, having been chosen to represent High Quality Sicilian Pasta. During the workshop, which will feature leading national newspapers and TV stations, Puglisi will be inviting all present, including those operating in the sector, to partake in the various tasting sessions, trying for themselves the quality and genuineness of Pasta Puglisi.
