In the afternoon the workshop titled “Sicily delicacies of the palate” was opened. Pasta Puglisi, representing High Quality Sicilian Pasta, was present with its General Manager, Dr. Giuseppe Pulejo, who during the press conference, illustrated the superior organoleptic characteristics of the Pasta Puglisi compared to other Italian leading brands of pasta. At the end of the press conference there was a very much appreciated tasting of the Premium Gold line.
